1. Affiliate Commission & Payouts

• Earn 35% commission on every successful sale made through your referral link.

• Share a 10% discount code with your audience—customers can apply it at checkout.

• Self-purchases using your affiliate link or discount code are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeited commissions.

• Bonus Commissions:

• Earn an extra 5% for every 5 sales made for the first time.

• After the first bonus, earn 5% extra for every 10 sales during a 30-day cycle.

Executive Affiliate Qualification & Benefits

​

• To qualify as an Executive Affiliate, you must maintain at least 10 sales per month for two straight months.

• Exclusive Perks:

• Health Benefit Reimbursement: You cover the cost upfront, submit the receipt, and we’ll reimburse you for that month value up to $500. However, if you don’t meet the 10-sale target for that month, reimbursement will not be provided.

• "If you achieve 10 sales per month for three consecutive months, you unlock an additional perk:

• ✅ Travel Perk: Enjoy a free 3-day car rental and a 2-night hotel stay (valued at $1,000) or choose to redeem the ticket for cash. This benefit is available once per quarter."

2. Payment Terms

​

• The minimum payout threshold is $100.

• Payments are processed on a Net-15 basis (commissions are paid 30 days after the sale is completed).

• Payouts are sent via [insert payment method, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer]. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

3. Promotional Guidelines

​

• Affiliates must use ethical marketing practices and not engage in spam, misleading claims, or deceptive advertising.

• Paid advertising (such as PPC ads) using "Eagle Venture" or any branded keywords is not allowed without prior approval.

• Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Eagle Venture (e.g., “I may earn a commission when you use my link”).

4. Fraud & Termination

• Any fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, fake orders, or misuse of discount codes, will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

• Eagle Venture reserves the right to discontinue or modify the affiliate program at any time.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Web Rocket Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure fair marketing practices and protect both affiliates and Web Rocket’s brand reputation.

 

2. Commission Structure

35% commission per sale generated through your unique affiliate link.

Up to 5% extra bonus for affiliates who meet target sales milestones, plus above bonus

Commissions are tracked and paid on a monthly basis via [Paypal Method].

Self-referrals are not allowed (you cannot use your own link to get a commission).

3. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Web Rocket through various marketing channels, but must adhere to the following restrictions:

 

✅ Allowed Promotions:

✔ Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)

✔ Content marketing (blogs, YouTube, reviews, case studies)

✔ Email marketing (must follow CAN-SPAM Act)

✔ Organic SEO & website promotions

 

🚫 Prohibited Activities:

❌ PPC & Paid Ads Restrictions

 

No direct linking via PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

No bidding on Web Rocket, our domain name, or any variations/misspellings.

No misleading ads suggesting you are Web Rocket’s official representative.

❌ Spam & Misleading Claims

 

No spammy or deceptive marketing tactics.

No false claims like “get rich quick” or “guaranteed profits.”

No impersonation of Web Rocket or using fake testimonials.

❌ Trademark & Brand Restrictions

 

Affiliates cannot use “Web Rocket” in domain names or social media handles.

No unauthorized use of Web Rocket’s logo or branding.

4. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid on the [15] of each month.

Minimum payout threshold: $[100].

Any fraudulent activity will result in commission forfeiture and account termination.

5. Termination Policy

Web Rocket reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms. Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent activities, spam tactics, or trademark bidding will be banned immediately without commission payout.

 

6. Agreement Updates

Web Rocket may update this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

 

7. Acceptance of Terms
